New Art Journal Cover!


I couldn't wait to get started on my new journal.  I love the way the cover turned out.  I chose a chipboard album because I love the chunky pages.  


I used washi tape for the background to add instant texture.


The title came about while I was writing.  All of the practice I put in drawing flowers has paid off.  I'm much more comfortable drawing them.  I'm learning to practice drawing things that are hard for me.  If not then I'll never know that I could do it!

I want to thank everyone for your kind words and advice regarding my last post!  I read every single comment and I want to thank you for taking the time to stop by.

P.S. This will be a painting for my store in the near future!

    Gorgeous cover - I know the pages inside will be equally lovely. Practice is a good word-most people want instant success and that doesn't usually happen in any field of endeavor. I am learning patience through practice
