My father's Day Mini Album

Happy Sunday,
I just wanted to share a mini album I made for my stepdad for Father's day. I used lots of Graphic 45 papers on a coster I got from the dollar bin at Micheal's.  I kept the embellishments simple and tried to make the photos the focal point.

The stamp is from Inkadinkado, Tim Holtz grungeboard flourishes, and Graphic 45 paper.

Here I used a folded shipping tag for a journaling spot, a Studio G stamp and other charms from my stash.

I used a sticker from My Big Ideas and paper from Gartner Studios for the page on the left.  The page on the right has a stamp from Inkadinado with Graphic 45 paper.

The next page is embellished with a small flower from Micheals with paper from ColorBok.  The right page has a charm from Joann's Essentials line and paper from Gartner Studios.

On the last page, I used a tag diecut from a Graphic 45 paper sheet.

This was a quick and easy project and I put it in the mail late so I can't wait till he gets it.
Thanks for stopping by!

Fabric Tags

So, wow I haven't updated my blog in a while but I've been busy...working, moving, creating.  I wonder where my creativity will take me and if I will ever get to live off of what I love to do......well in the meantime I showed some of my cards at a local art show.  I didn't have that much luck but it got me out there talking to people so I guess that good.

Anyway....I made some fabric tags for the show and I liked how they turned out.  I may keep them :)
